Once your order is placed, our goal is to get it processed and on its way as efficiently as possible.

Orders are shipped from our California warehouse using USPS, with appropriate packaging intended to help protect your hardware during transit.

We know graphics cards are valuable and sensitive pieces of equipment, so proper handling and secure packaging are an important part of our fulfillment process.

Customers receive their package within 14 business days.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a FREE return service if in the occurrence you have received an incorrect or damaged product. Send us an email describing the problem, or use our live AI chat assistance tool.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied back to the original method of payment that was used at purchase.
